Prices for our letting services are very competitive. We charge from only 18% of the weekly rental charge. No monies are taken in advance. If we do not obtain bookings for your property then we receive no commission. We are committed to our “NO BOOKINGS- NO FEES” policy.

Your property needs to be seen that is why we advertise your property not only on our own sites but also on the top rating web sites and in various publications.

• The services of a professional photographer to capture your holiday home at its best

• Management of all bookings and enquiries relating to you property

• Keeping detailed financial records and sending all information on lettings regularly
• Issuing clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions.

• All this for 18% of the rental acheived or for 35% the following services are also included:

Package B

• All Package A plus

• We will “Meet and Greet” all your customers

• We will provide a welcome pack for your guests

• We will take care of all the cleaning and laundry when your guests depart

• We will collect the keys when your guests leave and keep them for your next guest

How We Generate Bookings

We do not charge up front for our holiday letting service. Without bookings we do not earn any commission and you do not get the return you were hoping for from your investment.

That is why we work very hard to market your property to its maximum potential.

We believe that  “a picture speaks a thousand words” which is why we have invested in the services of a professional photographer. Please ask if you would like to see examples of the photography results we acheive.

We use Key Photography Javea’s  leading real estate photographers.

We guarantee that your property will stand out from the rest.

All the advertising and photography is included in our low commission rates.
