At Javea Property Services we offer a selection of high quality villas and apartments for holiday and long term rental.

Our properties are located in the Javea, Moraira and Denia areas of Spain, on the northern Costa Blanca.

We personally know all the properties we list and offer the highest level of customer service.

A representative is available to meet you at the property on your arrival.

We are available to assist you 24 hours a day if needed.

We have excellent knowledge of the local area and facilities. We are here to help you, so whatever your requirements please ask. We can help with hire equipment, airport transfers, welcome packs and much more!

Long Term Rentals

We have a varied selection of properties available for long term rental in the Javea, Denia and Moraira areas.

Normally the long term rental is for a period of six to eleven months and we will provide you with a rental contract.

How to Book

To make a booking please check our on-line availability calendar which you will find at the bottom of all our property descriptions. Our calendars are always up to date so once you have chosen your property and dates contact us either by email or phone. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible and send all the information required to reserve the property.

We take payments by cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card
