Package A = 18% of the weekly rental

Long Term Rental Service

Soucing A Tenant = One month's rental once a suitable tenant is found

Ongoing Management = 10% of the weekly rent.

Photography and Advertising = Fixed fee of €395

Property Management and Maintenance

Occassional Property Check = £30 per visit

Forntightly Property Check = Apartments £35 per month, Villas £45 per month

Monthly Property Check = Apartments £26 per month, Villas £30 per month

Cleaning, Changeovers, Preparing Your Property

£12 per hour. You must subscribe to our property checks to use these services.

Linen Service

£10 per person. You must subscribe to our property checks to use this service.

Meet and Greet

Between 9am - 8pm £25, Outside these hours £35, Bank Holidays £35

Welcome Packs and Shopping

Basic pack £20, Shopping £12 per hour plus the cost of the items

Free if used with any of our other services

Tradesmen

Tradesman Day Rate €150

Tradesman Call Out €50 - includes the first hour
