Javea Property Services offers a personal and friendly service in Javea, Denia, Moraira and the surrounding areas. We can assist with all your property management and maintenance needs.
Property Management
Knowing that your Spanish property is being looked after in your absence will bring you peace of mind.
Let us look after your Spanish property when you are not using it with a Property Management Contract. You will be assured that your home is in safe hands. A member of our dedicated team will visit fortnightly and during bad weather conditions to ensure that your property is secure and in good order.
It will be checked inside and out, all the taps will be run and the toilets flushed, it will be fully aired. We will also check and replace the light bulbs as required and check that all the utilities are functioning. We check and forward your post as required.
After each visit you will receive a full report. Our prices are very affordable and can be paid in monthly instalments thus enabling you to spread the cost over the year.
We do not charge up front for our services. Payments are made after you are 100% happy with the service we have provided.
We have different packages to meet your needs. These range from an occasional visit to inspect the property right through to a complete service of checking the property on a regular basis and preparing it for your visit.
Our property management contracts start from £6 per week.
Property Maintenance
Every property is different and needs different maintenance. At Javea Property Services we can cater for all your property maintenance needs including:

- Electrics
- Kitchen and Bedroom Fitting
It is impossible to give a fixed price without sending one of our tradesmen out to assess the work that is required. We can however supply tradesmen on a fixed daily rate of only €150.
We can assure you that no job is too small or too big. You can also be reassured that all our tradesmen are professional honest and genuine.

Other Services
We also provide a key holding service which is free if you use any of our other services - we will keep up to 3 sets of keys at our secure premises in Javea.
In addition we provide a full cleaning and spring cleaning service. Our high quality cleaning services are fully inclusive of all cleaning materials.

Our linen service ensures that dirty linen is removed from your property and returned at a later date washed dried and ironed.
We offer a Meet and Greet service where we will meet your customer at your property, show them inside and leave them with the keys. We will collect the keys from your property on their departure.
We will deliver a welcome pack to your property on request or go shopping for an itemised list.
